Look carefully this reference image. (there's no way to make it larger, so get closer!). you will notice that the red, green and blue portions of the lines aren't perfectly aligned, but will look more line one of the four below:
In this case, the horizontal lines are well aligned, but on the vertical one, the red is slightly shifted to the left and the blue one seems shifted to the right.
